Aria Homeowners Association Annual Meeting: Monday, September 25

This week homeowners were mailed the Annual Meeting ballots for selecting three (3) new Board Members. Please be sure to submit your ballot to Management in order for the Association to reach quorum and hold the Annual Meeting on September 25.
If your ballot got misplaced, please feel free to contact the onsite General Manager to receive a replacement one.
Remember: In order for your ballot to count, be sure it is completed according to the instructions included then place it in the white envelope, which then goes into the green envelope. As ballots are anonymous, please DO NOT PUT YOUR NAME ON THE YELLOW BALLOT. However, you must print, sign and include your address on the exterior portion of the green envelope in order for quorum to be determined. Submit your ballot by mail or in person.
