Aria Insurance Policy 2017 – 2018

The new Aria Homeowner’s Association insurance policy goes into effect October 1, 2017 – October 1, 2018. A physical copy is being mailed to all homeowners and is also available on the this website by logging into your account.

It is EXTREMELY important that you check with your insurance company to ensure that you are properly covered in the event of a loss to your unit and property both as a homeowner and as a tenant.

Throughout the year, the Association has discovered that homeowners have been under insured or unaware as to how the policy of the Association applies to their home. A simple email or phone call to your insurance agent now, to be certain you are properly covered, can make a huge impact in case of a loss. The Association’s insurance agent has also clearly outlined what kind of coverage you need for your home, your personal belongings, and in the case of a water-related loss. Please be sure to read it carefully.
