PATROL ON-CALL SERVICE

Dear Aria Residents,

Over the last couple of months, the Board and the Safety Committee have been working on finding solutions regarding the safety of the residents and their belongings in the building.

On August 28th, the Board approved a recommendation from the Safety Committee to provide a 24/7 on-call service, which would allow residents to call Securitas when noticing suspicious activity in the parking garage or in the building. When the call is received, Securitas would send out an officer to inspect the building and remove the transient from the property. We encourage residents to only use this when there isn’t a patrol officer already present in the building. We have an officer onsite everyday between 10pm and 6am.
