Cortez Hill Active Residents Group (CHARG)

If you didn’t already know, there is an active resident group for the Cortez Hill district that is called CHARG. They have an email mailing list that residents can sign up for regarding information to the Cortez district and Downtown San Diego. This includes newsletters, event invitations, and calls to action.
