Board meetings take place every 4th Monday of the month in the Amenities Room with Executive Session at 5:00 pm (closed to members) and Executive Session at 6:00 pm (open to homeowners). Should the day and/or time of the meetings change notices will be posted in the mailroom and elevator lobby bulletin boards.

Gym Signup Reservations

Dear Aria Residents,

The association has reopened all amenities in the building. However, the Board is interested in keeping the online reservation system for the fitness center. At the June 28th Board meeting, the Board will revise the fitness center guidelines and they will be distributed to the membership for a mandated 28-day comment period. If you use utilize the fitness center and have used the online reservation system, please provide any feedback you may have before the July 26th Board meeting. Window Washing This Week!

Dear Aria Residents,

This window washing equipment is being repaired today. Once the equipment has been repaired and tested, the association will be cleared to use the equipment on the roof to start the window washing for the building.

The window washing is set to begin on Tuesday, June 29th and will conclude on July 13th. The association has contracted with Horizons Professional Window Cleaning. They will be onsite from 8:00am to 4:00pm on the days that they are scheduled. Included with the newsletter is the schedule put together by Management and the window washing company.

There are various roof heights on the building, so please make sure you find your unit on the schedule to know when they will be cleaning your windows. The dates are approximate as they are dependent on the weather conditions. We ask that residents keep their windows closed and close their shades for privacy. The balcony windows and the glass perimeter are not within the scope of this project.

Summer Is Coming

Dear Aria Residents,

This last week was a heat wave for San Diego! If you haven’t already done so, please make sure to service your HVAC unit and change out your filter(s). Residents can call the association’s preferred vendor, Pipe Trades, or they can utilize an HVAC company of their choice. If you decide to use a different vendor, please make sure they are experienced with high-rise HVAC units. Pipe Trades can be reached via phone at (619) 452-2334.

Tailgating, Tailgating, Tailgating!

Dear Aria Residents,

Management received a report in regard to a resident tailgating into the parking garage. As a reminder, please DO NOT tailgate while using the parking garage.  All residents need to use their FOB or transponder when entering the parking garage.

If a tailgating incident occurs between 10pm and 6am, you can call our patrol staff at the front desk and they’ll inspect the parking garage for any suspicious activity. Their phone number is (619) 289-6569. Our patrol staff will notify SDPD if there is a crime in progress and notify Management.

If a tailgating incident occurs during business hours, you can call the Management office to confirm if it is a resident that tailgated into the parking garage. If it is not a resident, Management will call SDPD.

Tips For Contacting SDPD – Non Emergency

Dear Aria Residents,

If you need to report a non-emergency item to the San Diego Police Department, when calling press the STAR (*) key and it will bypass all the automated prompts. This should help expedite your call when reporting a non-emergency item. The phone number for the non-emergency line for San Diego Police Department is (619) 531-2000.
