Board meetings take place every 4th Monday of the month in the Amenities Room with Executive Session at 5:00 pm (closed to members) and Executive Session at 6:00 pm (open to homeowners). Should the day and/or time of the meetings change notices will be posted in the mailroom and elevator lobby bulletin boards.

Indoor Water Conservation Tips

  • Replace an older toilet with a WaterSense-labeled high efficiency toilet.
  • Regularly check for & repair water leaks.
  • Take shorter showers.
  • Select an Energy Star-approved clothes washer next time you purchase a new washer.


Window washing will commence on Monday, June 10th and is scheduled to be completed by Monday, June 24th.

Rock n’ Roll Marathon (Road Closures)

Packages in Mail Alcove

Amazon is responsible for delivering packages directly to your front door and not leaving them in the lobby alcove. If your package is not delivered to your front door REPORT IT TO AMAZON via phone or email!!  The more complaints they get, the more they will crack down on the delivery people and fix the issue.

Follow these easy steps:
Go to and pull up the order number.
Call 1-888-280-4331 or email
Tell the field supervisor that you are dissatisfied with the lack of delivery of your package and that it was left in a publicly accessible area rather than at your front door. Explain that you want to file a formal complaint and insist that packages be delivered to the unit number on the order. Remind them that building Management has provided Amazon with access to the building therefore there is no reason for the lack of proper delivery.
