Board meetings take place every 4th Monday of the month in the Amenities Room with Executive Session at 5:00 pm (closed to members) and Executive Session at 6:00 pm (open to homeowners). Should the day and/or time of the meetings change notices will be posted in the mailroom and elevator lobby bulletin boards.

Rock n’ Roll Marathon (Road Closures)

WELCOME DESHAI ROBERSON!

The Board of Directors and Action Property Management are pleased and excited to introduce your new General Manager at Aria, DeShai Roberson.
DeShai comes to Aria after many years in the HOA industry managing mid– and high-rise properties throughout San Diego. Her experience in the industry will serve as a great resource to the Board and residents of Aria.

Packages in Mail Alcove

Amazon is responsible for delivering packages directly to your front door and not leaving them in the lobby alcove. If your package is not delivered to your front door REPORT IT TO AMAZON via phone or email!!  The more complaints they get, the more they will crack down on the delivery people and fix the issue.

Follow these easy steps:
Go to Amazon.com and pull up the order number.
Call 1-888-280-4331 or email zacdixon@amazon.com
Tell the field supervisor that you are dissatisfied with the lack of delivery of your package and that it was left in a publicly accessible area rather than at your front door. Explain that you want to file a formal complaint and insist that packages be delivered to the unit number on the order. Remind them that building Management has provided Amazon with access to the building therefore there is no reason for the lack of proper delivery.

TRASH CHUTE CLEANING WEDNESDAY, APRIL 17TH

On Wednesday, April 17, from 11:00 am-1:30 pm, the trash chute system and main trash room will be cleaned. This will require  all the trash chute doors to be closed and locked for the duration of the work. Please refrain from attempting to throw away your trash during this time and keep it in your unit until the trash chute doors are unlocked. If you MUST throw away your trash during the work, please walk it down to the dumpsters on P1.

 

TACOS & MARGARITAS WITH WEBPASS, THURSDAY, APRIL 11

Please join your neighbors and Webpass in the Amenity Room on Thursday, April 11th from 6-7:30pm for tacos and margaritas!  In addition to food and drink, Webpass will have some exciting giveaways and you can enter into a raffle to win a Google Home Mini.
