Board meetings take place every 4th Monday of the month in the Amenities Room with Executive Session at 5:00 pm (closed to members) and Executive Session at 6:00 pm (open to homeowners). Should the day and/or time of the meetings change notices will be posted in the mailroom and elevator lobby bulletin boards.

Schedule Large Deliveries with Management

If you are in need of transporting furniture or other heavy large items through the building, be sure to check with Management first as you may have to complete a Delivery form. Having a large item delivered doesn’t cost anything, but it may require the elevators to be padded or transporting the item through a different route. To ensure that your delivery can be scheduled, please notify management at least 3 business days prior. A copy of the Delivery form is available from Management or on the AriaHOA.com website > Documents > General > Delivery Only.

Happy Labor Day!

The Management and Engineering offices will be closed in observance of Labor Day on Monday, September 4, 2017. Staff will return on Tuesday, September 5.

Should you experience a property threatening emergency such as a flood or breach to security of the building, please call 800-400-2284.

Aria Homeowners Association Annual Meeting: Monday, September 25

This week homeowners were mailed the Annual Meeting ballots for selecting three (3) new Board Members. Please be sure to submit your ballot to Management in order for the Association to reach quorum and hold the Annual Meeting on September 25.

If your ballot got misplaced, please feel free to contact the onsite General Manager to receive a replacement one.

Remember: In order for your ballot to count, be sure it is completed according to the instructions included then place it in the white envelope, which then goes into the green envelope. As ballots are anonymous, please DO NOT PUT YOUR NAME ON THE YELLOW BALLOT. However, you must print, sign and include your address on the exterior portion of the green envelope in order for quorum to be determined.  Submit your ballot by mail or in person.

 

GARAGE GATE CLOSED: 8/22 & 8/23 @ 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

This is an important notice to all Aria residents that the garage gate will be repaired on Tuesday, August 22 and Wednesday, August 23 from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Vehicles will not be able to enter or exit the garage between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm on both days; the area will be completely blocked off as the gate is being adjusted for ADA height clearance. The garage entry will re-open in the evening after 5:00 pm.

For your safety please do not attempt to drive or walk through this area while work is being conducted. Please also note that there will be drilling into the garage concrete, welding and other loud  noises that will resonate throughout the building.

Please make the necessary arrangements for your vehicles to be parked off-site if you will be in need of it while work is taking place during the day or you can remove it from the garage prior to the 8:00 am closure. *Once work begins at 8:00 am, the technicians will not be able to accommodate entry or exit from the garage, so please plan accordingly.*

Tailgating

To Guests and Delivery People visiting Aria:

Please be aware that you are required to use the call box located at the front of the building to contact the Aria resident you are visiting for entry into the building or wait to be escorted. Please do not attempt to “tailgate” after other residents; you may be stopped, asked to provide identification, and told to wait for the resident in which you have come to visit to retrieve you.

Management also requests that residents remind their guests of these rules. If your name is not yet in the call box, please contact Management to obtain a Call Box form or download it from this website under Documents > General.

Residents may also use the north side gate to enter/exit the building if they do not wish to confront people waiting at the front lobby door.
