Board meetings take place every 4th Monday of the month in the Amenities Room with Executive Session at 5:00 pm (closed to members) and Executive Session at 6:00 pm (open to homeowners). Should the day and/or time of the meetings change notices will be posted in the mailroom and elevator lobby bulletin boards.

Amenity Room Carpet: Last Day to Complete the Online Survey

Today is the last day for Aria Homeowners to complete the online survey regarding the proposed new carpet to be installed in the Amenity Room as part of the Amenity Room Remodeling Project. Homeowners will have until 6:00 pm tonight to visit the Amenity Room and see the five (5) high-quality carpet options the Architectural Committee has selected as well as to complete the online survey. Once the survey closes at 6:00 pm tonight, the Committee will review all the submissions and comments then present all the information to the Aria Board of Directors for a final selection. Every opinion and comment will be reviewed by the Board and taken into consideration when making their final selection. For a link to the survey, please refer to the original email sent to Homeowners on 4/6/2017. A link to the survey is also available in the Amenity Room or by requesting it from Management.

Trash Chute and Room Cleaning: April 12 @ 8:00 am – 12:00 pm

On Wednesday, April 12 from 8:00 am – 12:00 pm the trash chute system and main trash room will be cleaned. This will require all the trash chute doors to be closed and locked for the duration of the work. Please refrain from attempting to throw away your trash during this time and keep it in your unit until the trash chute doors are unlocked. If you must throw away your trash during the closure time, please take it down to the dumpsters on P1. Please do not leave trash in the trash rooms. You may still place recyclable items in the bin in the trash room.

Window Washing: April 4 – 15

Window-Cleaning

Window washing of the exterior portion of the building will take place April 4 – 15 from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. The schedule is posted in the bulletin boards and was emailed to all residents. Please keep these helpful tips in mind during the window washing process:

  • Keep your windows closed on your scheduled date;
  • Close your shades for privacy;
  • Remove and/or cover furniture and items on your balcony that you don’t want to risk getting wet;
  • Your balcony windows and the glass perimeter are not within the scope of this project. The window washing company can wash these for you for a fee. Please contact Krista at glasswithclassinc@yahoo.com for pricing and scheduling;
  • Although the window washing company does their best to clean the windows per the printed schedule, delays sometimes happen. Please be flexible that the window washers may wash your windows either a few days early or a few days late. If more than three days pass and your windows have not yet been washed, please contact Management at msuarez@actionlife.com

Board of Directors Meeting: Monday, March 27

1-3avmZ8myTWpd2TLosP053gThe monthly Board of Directors meeting will be taking place on Monday, March 17 at 6:00 p.m. in the Amenity Room. Homeowners are welcome to attend and observe the Board conduct business of the Association. Homeowners are also welcome to raise any questions, concerns or comments during Open Forum which is held at the end of every meeting. Should you want a topic added to the agenda, please email the Manager msuarez@actionlife.com at least 10 days prior to the meeting in order for it to be considered.
