Cooling Tower Annual Cleaning – Wednesday, February 15

On Wednesday, February 15 from 8:00 am – 11:00 am the cooling tower will be professionally inspected and cleaned. During this time, please have your air conditioning (A/C) unit turned off. Your A/C unit pulls water from the Cooling Tower; if your A/C is attempting to pull water from the Cooling Tower when water is not available, it can cause your unit to shut-down or have other critical problems that may require you to conduct expensive repairs. Water to the rest of your unit will be available as the Cooling Tower strictly provides water to the A/C systems throughout the building.
