THE BALCONY

During the summer months we see an big increase in spills and other items going over balconies as people enjoy the outdoors more.

Please be mindful when cleaning your balcony that dust, ashes, debris, and liquids are never to go over the edge as it will end up in someone else’s balcony, furniture, and/or windows! The same is true for pets; dogs are not to be left unattended on a balcony and when they are, they may piddle which may end up on the balconies below.

It’s against the rules of the Aria Homeowners Association for anything to go over your balcony for this very reason.

If you accidently drop or spill something over the edge, please have the curtesy to let your downstairs neighbor know so they don’t get unpleasantly surprised by an ugly mess on their  patio.
