ARIA IS A SMOKE FREE BUILDING

Since 2015 Aria has been a smoke free building. With the passing of this rule, smoking of any kind (including tobacco and marijuana) is prohibited from taking place on patios/balconies, within the interior of the unit, in the common area such as the garage and pool, as well as any walkways around the exterior of the building.

As we approach the holidays and have more guests visit the building, please remind your visitors that they must go out to the street to smoke. Please be respectful of your neighbors.

You may report to Management any violation of this rule by providing the date of the occurrence and unit number of the offending party.
