WATER SHUT-OFF: TUESDAY, MARCH 12 @ 8AM – 2PM

A building-wide water shut-off has been scheduled to take place on floors G – 24 on Tuesday, March 12 from 8:00 a.m.— 2:00 p.m. in order to accommodate several residents’ requests to replace valves within their units.

Please do not use the water or any water based appliances during the noted shut off times. Doing so can result in trapping air into the pipes which reduces water pressure and can put strain on the plumbing system.

If you are in need of conducting plumbing repairs to your unit, please be sure to notify Management immediately as we will coordinate with your plumber to ensure the work is done smoothly and in accordance with HOA rules.
