GARAGE SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH

Please show caution when driving through the garage and observe the 5 MPH speed limit. There have been a lot of near-misses recently with speeding cars. Many residents have reported nearly being hit head-on by vehicles taking on the corners too quickly. Please check the mirrors before taking a turn.
