In-Unit Fire Inspections Monday, August 17th
In unit inspection of the audio/visual fire alarm and sprinklers is required by Fire Code and the Fire Marshal is not allowing postponements due to Covid-19. Therefore, in order to stay in compliance, a technician from Cosco Fire will enter each unit on Monday, August 17th to do an inspection of the fire equipment. The technician will be in your unit less than 5 minutes and will be wearing PPE (face covering, booties, gloves). The alarms will sound and the fire strobes will activate when the technician is on your floor. Please respond to the email sent by management on August 6th to confirm either someone will be home to allow entry, management can use the key you have placed on file for entry, or you will be leaving a key for use. In order to be most efficient and lessen the time the alarm will sound, please respond by Thursday, August 13th to cbrugman@actionlife.com with how we can gain entry to your unit.
