Resident Recommended Vendor List

Dear Aria Residents,

Do you need your carpets cleaned or are you in need of a housekeeper? Well, Aria has a recommended service provider list! The provider list has recommendations for your air conditioning system, appliances, audio-visual system, cabinetry, carpet cleaning, closets, door adjustments and repairs, dryer duct vent cleaning, lighting, flooring, general contractors, handyman services, interior designers, locksmiths, maid services, housekeeping, marble and stone services, painting, restoration services, and utility services.

If you are installing internet or cable in your unit, please make sure to schedule the service during business hours and let Management know when the vendor will be on-site. The internet/cable provider will need access to the utility rooms that will need to be unlocked by management or engineering.

You are always more than welcome to contact Management during business hours for a copy of the recommended service provider list. However, you can find a copy of the provider list in the resident portal under HOA Information.
