Fack Mask Rule Addition

Dear Aria Residents,
At the January 25th Board meeting, the Board approved a draft rule regarding all residents wearing a facemask while using the common areas of the building. The proposed rule addition will be open to a 28-day comment period and will be on the agenda for approval at the February 22nd Board meeting. Please email all your feedback to Management directly.
Facemask Rule:
All residents or persons on or within the Association’s common areas must wear a facemask at all times. The facemask must comply with the Center for Disease Control’s guidance on facemasks. Subject to greater requirements imposed by the CDC, the facemask must, at minimum, (i) cover the individual’s face and mouth; and (ii) fit snugly against the sides of the individual’s face such that the nose and mouth are not exposed. Violations of this rule are subject to the Association’s procedures in the Project Handbook.
