Reporting To The City of San Diego

Dear Aria Residents,
Did you know the city of San Diego has various ways of reporting items that need to be removed, repaired, cleaned, or inspected? They are all user-friendly, it can be downloaded to your iPhone or Android device, and there are also websites where you can make a report. This service includes parking and vehicle related issues, trash collection, recycling, graffiti, streets, sidewalks, lights, trees and vegetation, storm water and drains, and homeless encampments. These services are for non-emergency concerns. If you have an emergency, please call 9-1-1.
CALTRANS
Residents can visit the Caltrans website by clicking here to report homeless encampments, graffiti sightings, landscaping concerns (weeds, trees, brush management), litter (trash and debris), roadway potholes, deceased animals, illegal dumping, permits, and signs (missing, broken, blocked). The website requires no login or account. However, when visiting the site on your mobile device, it requires you to create an account.
DOWNTOWN SAN DIEGO PARTNERSHIP – CLEAN & SAFE
Residents can visit the Clean & Safe website by clicking here to report maintenance and safety concerns throughout the downtown neighborhoods. Their website includes items such as trash pickup, pet fecal matter, graffiti, stick removal, doggy bag replenishment, security checks, blocking right of way, suspicious activity, and business visits. The website on your computer or mobile device require an email and phone number when making a report.
GET IT DONE APP
Get it Done has an app for reporting parking and vehicle related issues, trash collection, recycling, graffiti, streets, sidewalks, lights, landscape, and homeless encampments. The app is available on the Apple store and the play store.
