Smoking Out in Front

Dear Aria Residents,

Management has received a couple of comments this week in regard to residents smoking in front of the building. The sidewalk in front of the building is not maintained by the Association, however, per the Aria Project Handbook, residents shall not smoke within 20 feet of the building in order to prevent smoke from entering into the building.

There are residents whose windows and balconies face the sidewalk and street in front of the building. Please be courteous to your neighbors and walk down the street to smoke.
