Annual Audio/Visual Fire Alarm Inspection

Dear Aria Residents,

It is that time of the year again! The association has contracted with Cosco Fire Protection to complete the annual audio/visual fire alarm inspection for the common areas and the inside of every unit in the building. Per fire code, this inspection is required every year in order for the association to stay in compliance.

The in-unit inspections will be completed on Tuesday, August 31st and Wednesday, September 1st between 8:30am and 3:00pm. The fire sprinklers in the storage rooms will also be inspected between the timeframe mentioned above. The technician that enter your unit will be wearing personal protective equipment. Please know that the alarms will be set off during the inspection of your floor.

Please email Management by August 20th to confirm if someone will be home to allow entry, management can use the key you have placed on file for entry, or if you will be leaving a key for use with Management.

If your unit is not made accessible for entry, the association will have a locksmith present to gain entry into your unit to complete the testing. Any unit that requires entry via a locksmith will be charged back for the costs.
