MANDATORY FACE MASK IN COMMMON AREAS – EXTENDED TO FEBRUARY 15th
Posted By mcooper on January 13, 2022
California Department of Public Health (CDPH) is requiring masks to be worn in all indoor public settings, irrespective of vaccine status, until February 15, 2022. This requirement will be updated as CDPH continues to assess conditions on an ongoing basis.

Facemask Requirement: All residents or persons on or within the Association’s common areas must wear a facemask at all times. The facemask must comply with the Center for Disease Control’s guidance on facemasks. Subject to greater requirements imposed by the CDC, the facemask must, at minimum, (i) cover the individual’s face and mouth; and (ii) fit snugly against the sides of the individual’s face such that the nose and mouth are not exposed. Violations of this rule are subject to the Association’s procedures in the Project Handbook. The Fitness Center sign ups will also be reduced to one household at a time as part of these precautions.
