1/17/22 MAINTENANCE UPDATES
Mailboxes: You may or may not have noticed that one of the parcel locker’s door is broken off. Unfortunately, these mailboxes are no longer manufactured so there are not parts available to make a repair. Management and Engineering are working with the Board to replace the mailboxes which is an item reserved for in your budget.
Jacuzzi Spa Closure: The spa will be closed for the board approved Acid Wash maintenance all day on Thursday, January 27th.
163 Hillside Erosion: Labhan’s Landscaping will be installing the Board approved straw waddling alongside the base of the 163 Hillside to prevent erosion into the freeway exit on Monday, January 17th.
