Action has LOWERED the fee for electronic mailings, because we anticipate more owners will select email delivery as part of their Civil Code §4041 address verification process. (§4041 requires homeowners to annually verify their address or addresses to which notices from the association are to be delivered.) The fee for copies is going up because paper, toner, and everything else has gotten more expensive. The more owners we can get signed up for email delivery, the lower the cost of distribution of things like budgets and audits are to the association.
