Turn in Your HOA Election Ballots

Dear Aria Residents,

The annual meeting of membership is scheduled to be held on Monday, December 14th at 6:00pm via teleconference.

The inspectors of election have only received 12 ballots and the association needs 34 ballots in order to meet the quorum requirement. The association will not be able to hold their annual meeting of membership if we do not have 34 ballots before the annual meeting.

The ballots were mailed to all owners early November with instructions to mail your ballot to P.O. Box 87931, San Diego, CA 92138. Please take some time today or tomorrow to look over your mail and send in your ballot if you haven’t done so already.
