Multiple Water Shut Offs

Dear Aria Residents,

During last week’s water shut off, we were able to replace the circuit setters for the top zone of the building (floors 17-24). The vendor will still need to make adjustments to the new circuit setters, but it won’t require another water shut off. Below is the schedule for the remaining floors that will require a water shut off to complete the circuit setter project:

Floors 8-16

The next water shut off will be on September 8^th from 9:00am to 3:00pm, which is also the water shut off for residents to complete any plumbing repairs within their unit.

Floors 1-7

The bottom stack will have the most water shut offs due to the number of units on each floor. There will be a water shut off to complete the circuit setters project on September 22^nd, October 13^th, and October 27^th. All three water shut offs will start at 9:00am and end at 3:00pm.
