Parking Garage Etiquette

Posted By on January 12, 2021

Dear Aria Residents,

We would like to remind everyone that a resident entering the building has the right of way as opposed to the resident leaving the building. Below are some reasons why this should be practiced by all residents in the building:

➢Residents who live in the building need a transponder or FOB to enter the parking garage. This will help prevent individuals from tailgating a resident leaving the garage.

➢ The ramp at the entrance of the parking garage is unfortunately designed to where you cannot see any vehicles leaving the parking garage.

➢ Residents entering the garage are coming off potential incoming traffic as opposed to residents leaving the garage to merge into traffic.
