Manager’s Messages

Board meetings take place every 4th Monday of the month in the Amenities Room with Executive Session at 5:00 pm (closed to members) and Executive Session at 6:00 pm (open to homeowners). Should the day and/or time of the meetings change notices will be posted in the mailroom and elevator lobby bulletin boards.

AMENITY ROOM RESERVATIONS

Please be respectful to Amenity Room reservations and avoid going into the space if it has been reserved; even if it is for a “quick peek”. On many occasions, reservations have been disrupted by people wanting to pass through the space to go to the pool area or agents showing it as part of a rental/home purchasing. A notice on the door will be posted with the date and time frame in which the room is in use to avoid any confusion.

The Amenity Room is otherwise open for people to use if not previously reserved.

If you are interested in reserving the Amenity Room for a meeting or event, please contact Management to obtain an application. The application is also available on the website at           AriaHOA.com.

 

HAPPY PRESIDENT’S DAY – OFFICES CLOSED

The Management and Engineering Offices will be closed on Monday February 18. The Management Office will also be closed on Tuesday, February 19. The Manager will respond to messages upon her return on Wednesday, February 20.

Please note that the General Manager handles ALL calls made to the after-hours emergency line. Please only call if you are experiencing a water intrusion, flood, or other property threatening emergency otherwise all business related matters will be handled upon her return.

 

PROPOSED RULE CHANGES

Thank you to all of our homeowners who have already submitted their feedback as it relates to the proposed rule changes. If you are interested in having your comments reviewed by the Board, please submit it in writing to Management by Monday, February 11 to msuarez@actionlife.com or attend the Board meeting on Monday, February 25. Copies of the proposed changes are posted in the mail alcove.

 

TRASH CHUTE CLOSED: 1/30/2019

The trash chute on each floor will be closed and locked on Wednesday, January 30 from 11:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. for cleaning. Please do not attempt to open the chute or leave trash in the room. You may dispose of trash during the closure in the bins on P1 of the garage.
