Manager’s Messages

Board meetings take place every 4th Monday of the month in the Amenities Room with Executive Session at 5:00 pm (closed to members) and Executive Session at 6:00 pm (open to homeowners). Should the day and/or time of the meetings change notices will be posted in the mailroom and elevator lobby bulletin boards.

MANDATORY FIRE SPRINKLER REPAIRS

Repairs to the fire sprinklers within resident’s units is scheduled to take place January 14 – 18 from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. Please refer to the posted notices, emails and mailed schedule for details as to when your unit will be addressed. Be sure you are home for the repair or follow the detailed instructions if you are unable to be home.

REMEMBER: THE ASSOCIATION WILL NOT USE YOUR KEY OR WAIVER FORM FROM THE INSPECTION IN MAY 2018. YOU MUST CONTACT MANAGEMENT TO GIVE NEW PERMISSION TO USE YOUR KEY FOR THIS REPAIR WORK IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO BE HOME. PLEASE REFER TO THE NOTICE FOR DETAILS.

FREE TREE PICK-UP JANUARY 11 @ 8:00 AM

When transporting your live tree through the building, please be sure that it is properly bagged in order to avoid any needles from littering the common area hallway. Not only is it messy, but it can cause serious damage to our commercial vacuum cleaners.

FREE live tree bags are available to residents on P1 of the garage by the Management Office door. Please use as many as you need in order to fully wrap your trees. Take a few extras for when you go to dispose of your tree after the holidays.

The Association has made arrangements with Global Disposal to haul off and recycle your live tree on Friday, January 11 at 8:00 a.m.  Residents wanting to take advantage of this one-time free service may place their trees in the designated areas marked on P1 of the garage.

HAPPY NEW YEAR – OFFICES CLOSED JANUARY 1

The Management and Engineering Offices will be closed on New Years Day, January 1. The Manager will respond to messages upon her return on Wednesday, January 2.

WORKING HOURS WITHIN YOUR UNIT

If you are conducting work in your unit that may make noise such as building furniture with power tools, hanging shelves, or other minor home improvement projects, please be aware that working hours are Monday –  Saturday from 8:00 am – 5:00 p.m. Work is prohibited on Sundays and holidays. Please be courteous to your neighbors by respecting these hours so all may enjoy being at home.
