Manager’s Messages

Board meetings take place every 4th Monday of the month in the Amenities Room with Executive Session at 5:00 pm (closed to members) and Executive Session at 6:00 pm (open to homeowners). Should the day and/or time of the meetings change notices will be posted in the mailroom and elevator lobby bulletin boards.

Vehicles Parked In Your Space: What to do?

PARKING AND TOWING AT ARIA

Over the past few months there has been an increase in cars parking in other people’s spaces and unauthorized vehicles parking in non-parking spaces. This is not only a massive inconvenience but it also impairs drivers from maneuvering throughout the garage. Only residents can tow cars from their own parking space so be sure to have Western Towing’s contact information handy; their information is also posted on the garage gate.

If someone is parked in your space:

Step 1: You can choose to either leave a note on the car telling the owner to move by a date/time OR you may immediately tow.

Step 2: Contact Western Towing at  619-297-8697 or 858-296-8697. You will need to be present to sign for the tow. Be sure to tell dispatch that the clearance is 7’6 inch the garage.

Step 3: Meet the tow truck at the gate to grant them access and be prepared to show that you own the parking space with ID or a utility bill that shows your name and the Aria address.

If you see a vehicle parked in a non-parking space:

Unless there is an authorized placard on the dashboard  stating that the vehicle may park in that space per Management; the car is illegally parked. Please notify management via email with the date, time, and description of the vehicle —— including a photo would be ideal.

 

Elevator Floor Waxing: May 18 @ 6:00 am – 12:00 pm

The elevator floors will be waxed on Thursday, May 18 from 6:00 am – 12:00 pm. At least two elevators will still be available for use during this time but please note it may take longer than usual for it to arrive.

 

P1 – P4 Elevator Vestibule Door Painting: May 10 – 11

On May 10th and 11th from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm the garage elevator vestibule doors will be painted by our vendor. Please show caution while the doors are drying. WET PAINT signs will be posted on these doors.

Aria: Board of Director’s Meeting – May 3, 2017 @ 6:00 pm

A reconvened monthly meeting of the Aria Board of Directors has been scheduled for Wednesday, May 3 at 6:00 p.m. in the Amenity Room. Homeowners are welcome to attend and observe the Board conduct business of the Association. Homeowners are also welcome to raise any questions, concerns or comments during Open Forum which is held at the end of every meeting. Should you want a topic added to the agenda, please email the Manager msuarez@actionlife.com at least 10 days prior to the meeting in order for it to be considered.

Trash Room Repairs & Chute Closure: April 24-29

The main Trash Room located on P1 is undergoing repairs and will be cleaned, prepped, stripped of paint, and coated with a professional grade epoxy coating. In order for this work to be conducted, the trash bins will need to be removed and the trash chutes will be locked closed. Please be aware of the trash chute closures:

CLOSURE SCHEDULE

April 24 – 25 (6:30 am – 4:00 pm): Trash chutes will be locked and closed during the day. Trash chutes will re-open at 4:00 pm on these two days.

April 26 – 28 (All Day): Trash chutes will be locked and closed on all three days. Please do not leave your trash in the trash room closets. Residents may go down to P1 to throw away their trash in the dumpsters or wait until Saturday.

Saturday, April 29 (8:00 am): Trash chutes will be re-opened by 8:00 am on this day.
