Manager’s Messages

Board meetings take place every 4th Monday of the month in the Amenities Room with Executive Session at 5:00 pm (closed to members) and Executive Session at 6:00 pm (open to homeowners). Should the day and/or time of the meetings change notices will be posted in the mailroom and elevator lobby bulletin boards.

Parking and Driving at Aria

r2-105At Aria, parking spaces are narrow. Please keep this in mind when parking your vehicles as it may affect your neighbor being able to pull-into their space and get in or out of their car. We are all very neighborly and work with each other to accommodate these tight circumstances. Have a conversation with your parking neighbor to figure out a plan that works best for everyone.

Reminder: The speed limit in the garage is 5 MPH. Please be VERY cautious when driving and use the mirrors when taking turns. There have been a lot of near-misses as vehicles have almost crashed and/or hit pedestrians.

The mirrors throughout the garage also serve to assist in seeing what’s around the corner, like another vehicle or pedestrian. If you feel the on-coming vehicle doesn’t see you or is approaching too fast, flash your lights or honk to indicate your presence. Be sure to slowly approach the garage gate when exiting and use the mirrors to ensure no pedestrians are crossing from either side of the sidewalk.

Spa Temporarily Closed for Tests: 2/27 – 3/6

Starting Monday, February 27 through March 6 the spa will be temporarily closed while the Association conducts tests to the system.

Please do not attempt to use the spa. Water will not be re-filling the spa and the heat will be turned-off during this time. The spa will be blocked off with a tarp and caution tape for the duration of the tests.

 

Happy Presidents Day! Management Office Closed

Presidents-Day

Happy Presidents Day! In observance of the holiday, the onsite Management office will be closed on Monday, February 20. Should there be a property threatening emergency such as a flood or compromise to the security of the building due to doors not locking, broken window or the garage gate malfunctioning, please call the after-hours emergency line at 800-400-2284. The Manager is notified of all after-hour and emergency calls. If it is a non-emergency issue, please email the Manager at msuarez@actionlife.com and your email will be addressed by the next business day.

 

Cooling Tower Annual Cleaning – Wednesday, February 15

awayOn Wednesday, February 15 from 8:00 am – 11:00 am the cooling tower will be professionally inspected and cleaned. During this time, please have your air conditioning (A/C) unit turned off. Your A/C unit pulls water from the Cooling Tower; if your A/C is attempting to pull water from the Cooling Tower when water is not available, it can cause your unit to shut-down or have other critical problems that may require you to conduct expensive repairs. Water to the rest of your unit will be available as the Cooling Tower strictly provides water to the A/C systems throughout the building.
