Manager’s Messages

Board meetings take place every 4th Monday of the month in the Amenities Room with Executive Session at 5:00 pm (closed to members) and Executive Session at 6:00 pm (open to homeowners). Should the day and/or time of the meetings change notices will be posted in the mailroom and elevator lobby bulletin boards.

Window Washing: November 27 – December 8

Window washing of the exterior portion of the building will take place November 27 – December 8 from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. The schedule is posted in the bulletin boards and was emailed to all residents via the weekly newsletter. Please keep these helpful tips in mind during the window washing process:

  • Keep your windows closed on your scheduled date;
  • Close your shades for privacy;
  • Remove and/or cover furniture and items on your balcony that you don’t want to risk getting wet;
  • Your balcony windows and the glass perimeter are not within the scope of this project. The window washing company can wash these for you for a fee. Please contact Krista at glasswithclassinc@yahoo.com for pricing and scheduling;
  • Although the window washing company does their best to clean the windows per the printed schedule, delays sometimes happen. Please be flexible that the window washers may wash your windows either a few days early or a few days late. If more than three days pass and your windows have not yet been washed, please contact Management at msuarez@actionlife.com

Main Sewer Hydro-Jetting: 11/14 & 11/15

On Tuesday, November 14 and Wednesday, November 15 from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm the main sewer lines located on the P1 level of the garage will by hydro-jetted by A.O Reed Plumbing.

Every other year the Association has the main sewer lines hydro-jetted. Plumbing technicians carefully open “clean outs” located in various areas throughout the garage and use highly pressurized water to clean the horizontal lines. They also take this opportunity to inspect the pipes for any blistering, cracks, or damage.

Parking spaces that need to be cleared have been personally contacted by Management. Otherwise, the project should not affect residents. Water servicing the units will be kept on during the cleaning but please minimize your use of the toilets and other drains within your home.

Also, as the sewer lines are being cleaned, there may be a slight odor in the garage. This will dissipate within a few days

Parking and Towing

Over the past few months there has been an increase in cars parking in other people’s spaces and unauthorized vehicles parking in non-parking spaces. This is not only a massive inconvenience but it also impairs drivers from maneuvering throughout the garage. Only residents can tow cars from their own parking space so be sure to have Western Towing’s contact information handy; their information is also posted on the garage gate.

If someone is parked in your space:

Step 1: You can choose to either leave a note on the car telling the owner to move by a date/time OR you may immediately tow.

Step 2: Contact Western Towing at  619-297-8697 or 858-296-8697. You will need to be present to sign for the tow. Be sure to tell dispatch that the lowest clearance is 6’7 in the garage.

Step 3: Meet the tow truck at the gate to grant them access and be prepared to show that you own the parking space with ID or a utility bill that shows your name and the Aria address.

If you see a vehicle parked in a non-parking space:

Unless there is an authorized placard on the dashboard  stating that the vehicle may park in that space per Management; the car is illegally parked. Please notify management via email with the date, time, and description of the vehicle —— including a photo would be ideal.

*Please note that a vehicle parked in your space is NOT AN EMERGENCY TO THE ASSOCIATION. Please do not call after-hours as Management cannot tow the car out of your space.
